The Pinnacle Group services individuals with various developmental disabilities using applied behavior analysis. The Pinnacle Group strives to provide these individuals with the peak of behavioral services and client care in order to enable them to improve their quality of life and achieve maximum independence. The Pinnacle Group trains persons in many areas, such as social skills and communication, so they may fulfill their individualized outcomes. We believe in customizing each treatment plan, providing choices related to available treatment and interacting with clients in a way that promotes dignity and respect. It is the focus and ultimate goal of The Pinnacle Group to provide the best services available to the individuals and families we serve and aid them in their quest for independence and individual success.

The Pinnacle Group provides services to children through adults and is currently serving individuals in the south central Florida region, from Sebastian to Stuart, Florida.

Positions: The Pinnacle Group prides itself on providing "the peak of behavioral service" and therefor relies on highly qualified staff in order to help achieve this goal. We are currently hiring individuals to fill both Bachelor (CABA) and Master's (CBA) level positions. Services are provided at the individual's job, home, and/or school. Primary duties include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior plans, training caregivers in plan implementation, and monitoring progress. In addition staff are responsible for recording and graphing data as well as making any necessary program changes.
